Stags' Leap Wine Dinner will take place Tuesday, October 16th at 6:30pm.
The evening will feature a 4 course menu with live music.
The First course will feature:
Arancini
Risotto sautéed with white wine, fresh mozzarella, basil pesto and sun-dried tomatoes vinaigrette. Paired with Stag's Leap Viognier (2016).
The Second course will feature:
Arugula & Ahi-Tuna
Goat cheese, dried cranberries, spicy arugula, red onion and lemon dressing. Paired with Stag's Leap Chardonnay (2016).
The Third course will feature:
Seafood Cioppino
Italian stew with salmon, lobster, mussels, clams in a charred tomato basil sauce. Paired with Stag's Leap Petite Sarah (2015).
The Fourth course will feature:
Toasted Almond Cake paired with Stag's Leap Cabernet (2016).
